Missionary Mindset:

A Throne Room Missionary is anyone who joins in the mission of advancing the Gospel alongside Evangelist Praisim, Olivia, and their team. Whether you are an intern, a servant leader, a donor funding the work of the Gospel, or part of the staff, we are all missionaries. We are united by one calling: to serve Jesus and build His Kingdom.

We are not here to make money, gain experience, or pursue any personal agendas. Our sole motive is to serve Jesus with all our hearts. We believe that God has called each of us to be part of this ministry—not for worldly gain, but to fulfill His divine purpose. As Jesus said in Matthew 9:37-38, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

At Throne Room Ministries, we are a family, a team, and a movement. We are here because of His call, and together, we carry the light of the Gospel to a world in need. Let’s serve, let’s build, and let’s see millions of souls come to Jesus!

Salaries, Payments, and Honorariums

At Throne Room Ministries, we hold to the principle that serving in God’s Kingdom is a calling, not a career. We do not pay our Throne Room Missionaries, whether you are a servant leaders or an intern. In very rare circumstances, we may provide compensation to employees in specific roles, but our focus remains on building a team with hearts fully devoted to serving Jesus. For our servant leaders and interns, we strongly encourage raising your own funding, support, or finances to cover your expenses. This model reflects the biblical approach to ministry, where those called to serve rely on God’s provision through the generosity of His people and their own diligent efforts.

The Biblical Model

Why Are Throne Room Missionaries Asked to Raise Support?

At Throne Room Ministries, we recognize that not all of our missionaries raise support in the same way. Some have independent support, such as retirement funds, investments, or other financial arrangements, while others rely on their personal savings, part-time jobs, or small businesses. However, the majority of our missionaries will need to consider how they will meet their financial needs through partnerships and support.

The Biblical Model of Support

We believe that the practice of raising support follows the pattern set by Jesus Himself. In Luke 8:1-3, we see that Jesus had a team of supporters who provided for Him and His ministry. This wasn’t through a centralized fund or external system but through relational partnerships—a personal connection between Jesus and those He had ministered to. This method allowed for accountability and created a deeper bond between Jesus and His supporters. Similarly, the Apostle Paul also relied on relational support. While he worked as a tent maker, Paul often followed "the Jesus way" by receiving financial help from individuals who knew him personally and benefited from his ministry.

Why This Model?

Relational Ministry: Raising support fosters relationships between the missionary and their community of supporters. These partnerships are built on shared faith and trust.

Faith and Stewardship: It encourages Throne Room Missionaries to walk by faith, trusting God to provide through His people.

Partnership: Supporters often feel personally connected to the missionary’s work, creating a shared sense of responsibility and encouragement.

For Those Joining Throne Room Missionaries

If you are considering joining our team, we encourage you to prayerfully consider how God may lead you to meet your financial needs.

Whether through personal savings, employment, or relational support, the goal is to create a sustainable foundation that enables you to serve wholeheartedly in your calling.

Together, we walk in faith, stewarding the resources God provides as we serve His Kingdom.

How to Raise Funds

Every Throne Room Missionary is Called to Faith and Stewardship!

At Throne Room Ministries, we believe in walking by faith and trusting God for provision. Every Throne Room Missionary, including the founders Praisim & Olivia Peter, raise enough funds to meet his or her own financial needs.

How Missionaries Raise Support:

Your financial needs can be met through various sources, including:

Friends and Family: Loved ones who believe in your calling and choose to partner with you.

Churches: Local congregations that support your mission and ministry.

Savings: Personal funds you’ve set aside for God’s work.

Part-Time Jobs or Small Businesses: Income from flexible employment or entrepreneurial efforts.

Foreign Employment Opportunities: International jobs that align with your mission goals.

Pension Income: For older staff members with access to retirement funds.

Your Commitment as a Throne Room Missionary:

If you are considering joining Throne Room Ministry as a missionary, you will be required to:

Raise Your Own Support: Step out in faith to partner with others who will contribute financially to your mission.

Join Our Ministry Teams: Serve in one of our missionary roles, using your gifts to glorify God and build His Kingdom. All missionary positions are looked at professionally

This is more than a job; it’s a calling. Through faith, creativity, and community, God provides for those who answer the call to serve. Are you ready to trust Him and take the next step?

INTERNSHIPS:

Internship Duration and Commitment

All internships with Throne Room Ministries are designed to immerse you in the heart of revival and ministry. Each internship will last for a minimum of 6 months.

At the time of joining, you will be required to commit to at least 6 months of dedicated service at the ministry center, online and at our revival meetings. This initial commitment ensures that you are fully engaged in the mission and vision of Throne Room Ministries.

Interns are strongly encouraged to travel and actively serve at revival meetings as a vital part of their internship experience. These opportunities allow you to see firsthand how God moves in different communities and to grow spiritually, personally, and in ministry skills.

Every intern is considered a Throne Room Missionary, sharing the same calling, heart, and vision to advance God’s Kingdom. This is not just an internship—it is a life-changing mission to see lives transformed and souls won for Jesus!
